What you need to apply:

• Minimum of two years recent professional experience as a Cycling Technician.
• Strong product and repair knowledge mandatory.
• Must be able to build wheels, bleed brakes as well as tune and repair suspension components.
• Detail oriented. Must be able to build and repair bikes with the highest professional standard.
• Professional cycling technician training school and/or Barnett certification is a huge plus.
• Willing to work/relocate to beautiful Paso Robles, Ca.

• Minimum of two years recent professional sales experience in the cycling industry.
• Strong product knowledge mandatory.
• Must have excellent sales, follow up and organizational skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate with our customers with the highest professional standard.
• Sales and Customer service training a giant plus.
