The IBEX 28 has a longer yoke with extra clearance to fit European bikes with 28" wheels or bikes with large fenders. The BOB IBEX is a trailer equal to the requirements of any cycling adventure and features an adjustable suspension providing a minimum of 3" of trailer wheel travel. The IBEX 28 Plus comes with the "DRY SAK", a PVC coated 100% waterproof nylon cargo sack. The IBEX 28 Basic comes without the DRY-SAK
