Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls, graphite/nylon retainers, filled with Kyodo Yushi grease for ceramic bearings. Ceramic bearings provide superior smoothness, reduced weight and extended bearing life. Kit includes all of the parts to change out Shimano, FSA, or Race Face external cup BB bearings . Includes 2 each 2437 ceramic bearings and 4ea) seal/shims. Suggested for use with AB-9010 (outboard BB bearing replacement tool) .
