365 Day Returns

At Cambria Bike we offer a 365 day return policy.

This means that you can buy a product with full confidence that you can return the item(s) up to 12 months from the delivery date of your order

Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging in good condition included. Parts that have been installed, shoes that have had cleats installed, or products with damage not due to defect are not eligible. We will not accept returns for:

  •  Customized products
  •  Faulty/damaged items not due to manufacturer defect.
  •  Products with specific sell by date
  •  Masks
  •  Gift cards


Cambria Bike will happily act as your agent in regard to warranty claims against defect. Warranty is not a guarantee and is subject to each manufacturer's approval and warranty conditions. Cambria Bike does not assume any responsibility for warranty other than to act on your behalf with the manufacturer to try to get the best outcome for you.

Please note any damage to your shipping box when accepting delivery. If a product has been damaged in shipping the carrier is the primary responsible party if the package shows signs of mistreatment. They will need to inspect it in the condition in which it was received including all original packaging, or as close as possible, to process a claim for damage.

To prepare your return, do not send items with their own packaging as the external packaging (shoes, child seats, forks, etc).
Make sure they are securely taped and the RMA number is written on the exterior of the package.
Cambria Bike does not assume responsibility for return shipping costs in cases where we did not make an error.  If we have made a mistake a return label can be requested via sales@cambriabike.com and will be provided on determination that we did not meet our obligation regarding your order.

Cambria Bike reserves the right to refuse a return not meeting these conditions. We do not assume responsibility for returns where delivery to us can not be proven with tracking information. Returns are processed within 2-3 days of accepting delivery.
